KCFB has launched its annual Give Milk Campaign to address the rising costs of essential dairy products like milk and eggs. Despite Wisconsin’s status as a leading dairy producer, local families and food pantries continue to struggle with access to these nutritious staples due to escalating prices.
The campaign will source and distribute 50% of the monthly milk and egg needs for KCFB’s four-network pantries that serve over 3,000 families per month. Each family will receive a half-gallon of 2% milk and a half-dozen eggs. The initiative ensures a sustainable, year-round supply of critical nutrients for families in need and reinforces KCFB’s mission of equitable emergency food distribution throughout Kenosha County. Additional donations are accepted at a sustaining level and are available at www.kenoshacountyfoodbank.org.
